Shipping Info

👉 Processing & Shipping Time
Please allow for 1-2 weeks for your order to be processed and shipped.
We try to schedule pickups every Wednesday or Thursday but may opt to skip a week if we receive very few orders (we try very hard not to do this!).

Estimated ship times for US orders:
- Tracked mail: 3~5 days
- Stamped mail: 1~2 weeks

Please keep in mind that that fulfillment time and delivery times could vary during sales and holiday seasons. All delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed. 

If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, there will be an announcement on social media and you will be contacted via email.

International orders take anywhere from 2-5 weeks and will vary from country to country. In rare cases, it may take up to a month or two and there's not anything we can do about it. Please keep this in mind. We're sorry for any inconvenience this may cause!


👉 Order Confirmation & Tracking
Once an order is placed, a confirmation will automatically be sent to you.

All orders will include a tracking number by default with tracking information updating within the next 1~2 days. You will receive a separate email with your tracking number once your order ships.

If you do not receive a confirmation or shipment notification, please check your spam folder first.

Sticker and/or postcard only (flat item) orders can be shipped through an untracked, stamped envelope.
This option is available at checkout for qualifying orders. Please note that if you have chosen stamped mail for your order but your order contains items that are not classified as such, the order will be cancelled. Again, please note that these orders will NOT include tracking.


👉 Incorrect Address
If your order has not been marked as shipped, please send an email to [email protected] with your order information and the correct address ASAP. We'll get it fixed!

If we notice that an address is incorrect or incomplete, we'll email you to get this corrected ASAP.

If your order has already been shipped, there's unfortunately nothing we can do as your package has already left our hands. If and when the order is returned to us, we can reship the package at the customers' expense.

Lost Packages

BE AWARE THAT WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO OFFER A REFUND IF YOUR PACKAGE IS LOST!
Please make sure your address is correct!!

If you believe your order is lost, please email us at [email protected].
Make sure to contact your local post office and ask neighbors to see if your package was misdelivered. Sometimes, your package can be waiting at your post office due to a failed delivery attempt and/or when your postal worker was unable to leave the package in a safe location.

Packages can also be marked as "return to sender" if the address is incorrect or incomplete. In the case a package is returned to us, we can reship the order provided the customer pays new postage for reshipment. If you prefer a refund, the shipping cost will be deducted from your order total.

Sometimes issues are due to the postal service and are beyond our control. Please be aware that we have the exact information you have access to. If this happens, we ask for your patience as we try to work with you!

Returned Packages
Please contact us if you think your order has been returned to us. We'll also do the same if we receive it on our end!

If you would like your order reshipped or sent to a new address, the shipping fee must be paid again by the customer. If you prefer a refund, you will receive a refund to your original payment account and will be refunded for the cost of goods. Taxes and shipping fees cannot be refunded.

International Customs & Fees
All orders shipped to outside of the USA may be subjected to customs fees.
Please check your country's customs policy for additional information as this will vary between countries. It is the responsibility of the buyer to pay any customs fees that may incur.

Please note that we will not mark any order as a "gift" to circumvent any fees and taxes.
