Why is international shipping so expensive?
Due to recent changes with USPS, prices for international shipping increased. Unfortunately, there is nothing I can do about this.
When will _____ ship?
Usually orders will be shipped in batches once every week or two. If you need a package quickly, say for a birthday, please make a note of it during checkout and I will see if I can ship it out ASAP. Please note that not all requests can be honored especially if it's very close to the date.
My tracking hasn't updated yet, what happened?
At times it can take a couple of hours or a day for tracking to update. The only thing you can do is wait a couple hours before checking again. Other times, it can be as simple as the shipping label being printed but it hasn't reached the post office yet.
Can I return _____?/Can I exchange _____?
Unfortunately, there are no returns or exchanges under most circucmstances. If the item you receive is defective (ie. printing error, improper packaging) or the wrong item was sent, please contact me (preferably in a timely matter).
What is your shipping process?
All orders will be shipped first class through USPS. Tracking is included within the US for free. If in the US, expect your order to arrive around 3-5 days once dropped off. You will get an email notification once this happens. For orders outside of the US, expect a minimum of one week for delivery and upwards of one month or more. Please make sure your address is correct. If in the case a package is returned, I will happily reship the order provided the customer pays for reshipment.
